Prior to starting our firm, we were partners and counselors in some of the nation’s largest and most prestigious law firms.  But we knew there was a need, and a more efficient way, to provide our clients the dedicated attention and exceptional results they deserve and demand.

Today, we are still doing what we set out to do, and do it well.  We listen carefully, provide clarity, share our knowledge, craft solutions, and implement strategies to achieve the best possible results.  That might be forceful litigation in the courtroom, or creative deal-making in the boardroom.  Either way, we have the experience and skill to deliver.
